Legal Contract Between Harris and Harris Law Firm Columbia KY

This legal contract («Contract») is entered into by and between Harris and Harris Law Firm, a law firm registered in the state of Kentucky, with its principal office located at 123 Main Street, Columbia, KY 42728 («Harris and Harris Law Firm»), and the party receiving legal services from Harris and Harris Law Firm («Client»).

1. Scope of Legal Services
Harris and Harris Law Firm shall provide legal representation and counsel to Client in the areas of civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and real estate law, as may be required by Client from time to time.
2. Attorney-Client Privilege
All communications between Client and Harris and Harris Law Firm, including but not limited to, discussions, documents, and information, shall be held in strict confidence and protected under attorney-client privilege, as provided by the laws of the state of Kentucky.
3. Fees and Billing
Client agrees to pay Harris and Harris Law Firm for all legal services rendered at the rates and in the manner set forth in the fee agreement executed between the parties. Client shall also be responsible for any court costs, filing fees, and other expenses incurred in the provision of legal services.
4. Termination of Representation
Either party may terminate the attorney-client relationship upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Harris and Harris Law Firm shall be entitled to compensation for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Kentucky.
