Non-Practicing Jobs for JD Contract

This contract («Contract») is entered into between the parties, hereinafter referred to as «Employer» and «Employee,» with respect to the employment of the Employee in a non-practicing legal role.

1. DefinitionsFor the purposes of this Contract, the terms «Employer,» «Employee,» «JD,» and «Non-Practicing Role» shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Contract.
